I tested the new mixture/throttle bracket and I'm very happy with how its routing the two cables. The initial bushing with the 10 degrees up for the mixture also is positioning the cable very nicely. For that bushing, I needed to adjust it to accomedate a wedging cable clamp and it's still not quite right, so I'll iterate on that a bit yet. The reason for a clamping bushing is because I went with a plain cable that has a teflon lined sleve. I spent too much, and had to change the various lengths too much, so I did this to minimize additional cost. If I ever replace that cable, I will likely go with a regular threaded cable.
I also spent some time finalizing some additional routing of ignition wires and some other under cowl components. Finally I set the windshield in place to start looking at adhearing that once and for all.
