So I already brole my own pledge of providing updates everytime I work on the -10. This update is for a couple weeks on and off work. I had been bouncing around a bit as I remember where I left off on various components and the approach I was taking for the wiring. I am now focused on getting all the wiring and components around the tailcone section complete. This includes battery connections, OXY, seat heaters, ELT, and other tailcone mounted equipment. I've settled on the connections for the dual electronic ignition and each will be fed directly from each battery via a 15amp fuse to provide independent paths seperate from any other system. I also put in a heavier fuse block for the seat heaters and always on with the batt contactor components like the DVR. The new one is good for 100amps if need be and I have it supplied by a 60amp fuse. Each seat takes 10amps and the in flight recorder takes a couple so this should have some breathing room. I'm also getting concerned about how much space I have in my conduit to the panel. I've already run the oxygen lines outside the conduit and I'm going to run the seat heater power along the right side next to the OXY runs. Lastly the new 606mhz ELT is a bit longer than the old 121.5 version so it no longer fits back by the HS so I'm making a new mount near the baggage bulkhead.
