Well I have now spent about 5 hours on this cabin lid and still haven't even got it to fit. Honestly it isn't too bad but the manual saus you need to remove it to about 1/16 of the radius around the door openings and in reality you probably need to take part of the radius off. A good starting point would be to flush the whole lip up with the rest of the structure. I can see fitting and cleanup of this thing easily taking 30 hours. Add to that the console and the hard points I am putting in for the rear seatbelts and this is going to be a 50 hour chapter. For those of you doing this in milder tempuratures, i highly recommend you do it outside. It's about 97 here today so I wasn't about to and now I have a nice layer of dust on everything. You could also tent the space if you have the room.
