Brief Description: Fabricate Front Deck Reinforcement Plate and Angle
Today I began building the Instrument Panel front deck assembly. The first step is to fabricate the F-7103C left and right attach angles, the F-7109 reinforcement plate, and F7108 B, C. & D attach angles. In the first picture I laid out the measurements of the F-7109 reinforcement plate which is cut from a sheet of AS3-063 aluminum. All the holes are measured and matchdrilled to F-7108A center forward deck rib (picture 2). Next I made the attach angles and primed all the pieces. Finally I riveted the center rib, all the angles, and the plate.
