Brief Description: Installing/Adjusting the elevator trim tab motor l
The Elevator Trim Tab Motor Linkage needed to be cut to length and adjusted from the centering point of the motor extension. This motor does not allow for the full 35 degree trim tab down-travel and 25 degree up-travel you get if you use the manual trim tab wheel. The best I could get from the motor arm extension is 20 degree up-travel and 25 degree down-travel. I also had to remove the original attach arm on the trim tab and use the bottom hole versus the top hole. You can't see it on this picture because I cut the top-hole material off the attach arm and rounded the bottom hole attach to fit the motor linkage for smooth operation without any binding. I also had to use pop rivets because there is no longer any way to attach this attach arm since the trim tab is already assembled.
