Drilling and mounting the aileron trim servo and pivot block assembly into the center console is very time consuming because there is very little room to mark and drill the bolt holes attaching the assembly to the center console. Additionally, alignment is very critical so you don't place unnecessary torque on the servo arm or pivot bock assembly.
