I fabricated the 3/8" fuel line from the fuel pump to the engine firewall fitting. Next, I fabricated the vent lines for each of the wings. I also fabricated the fuel lines from the fuel pump to the wings, but wasted 8 hours and kinked all three fabrication attempts trying to get the 3/8" lines routed through the landing gear mounts. A friend of mine from Townsend recommended I purchase some braided stainless-steel over teflon hoses from a company in California (Bonaco Inc.). I ordered these fuel lines and also all the lines for my dual brake system. My fun-meter is pegged way to the right...bending tubing isn't my strong point and it's not worth the frustration. These lines should arrive via UPS the first week of April. I'll still have to fabricate a couple lines for the actual brake assemblies but these should be fairly straight forward and won't have any complicated bends.
