Brief Description:  Rig the Control Column to the Ailerons

The WD-610 control column, WD-611/WD-612 control sticks, and F-665 control column pushrods are adjusted at the rod end bearings on the W-730 bellcrank assemblies. The first thing you have to do is align both control sticks so they are both parallel in their neutral positions (perfectly aligned vertically and horizontally). I did this by adjusting the F-665 pushrod and bellcrank assembly that connects both sticks together while aligning both sticks using a speed square and my Husky electronic level. With both stick controls perfectly parallel to each other; vertical (90 degrees) and square; I was ready to set my ailerons in their neutral position and rig the connecting pushrod and bellcrank assemblies.
