Fabricated and assembled two F-759 flap pushrods as shown on DWG 33. First I cut two pieces of AT6-058 x 5/16 Rigid AluminumTubing 4-7/8 " long and drilled each end; first with a 3/16' bit then a final cut using a 15/64th bit 1' deep on both ends of each tube. Then I used a 1/4-28 fine thread tap and created threads for the rod end bearings on both ends (picture is out of focus--sorry). Finally, I installed a CM-4M Rod End Bearing on one end of each tube and a flap attach assembly/rod end bearing on the other end of each tube.
