Brief Description: More Stick Boot Ring Fabrication
Once I marked and drilled all the holes, I cut the interior with a jig saw. Then I deburred and bent the appropriate angles to fit on the seats. I messed-up and bent the second piece the same direction as the first...of course the plans didn't tell me I was supposed to bend the second piece backwards from the first to get the holes to line up properly. You can see in image 2 the double bends. I eventually made a new piece and started over.
