Brief Description:  Right Wing Tip Lights and Lens

I haven't worked on my plane for nearly 5 months because I tore the achilles tendon off my left ankle playing basketball with my son-in-law at Christmas time. After surgery and an extensive rehabilitation I am finally able to walk some and stand for extended periods of time. I finally finished my right wing tip light lens after this 5 month delay I cut the lens cover using metal snips, cutting just outside my original markings. Then I sanded the lens to the cut lines on my table mounted belt sander. I had to adjust the lines three times, recut, and resand until I finally got a good fit. Then I mounted nutplates in the corner, drilled the plexiglass. I hope to fabricate and install the tail strobe and position light this weekend.
