Brief Description:  Completed Garmin GNS 430W WAAS COM/NAV Radio

I completed all the remaining wiring on the Garmin GNS 430W WAAS Communications & Navigation Primary Radio. The integration on this radio is the 2nd most complex of all the instruments/radios. It integrates with the Garmin GTX 327 Transponder, GRT HX EFIS, the TruTrack Digiflight-II SVSG, the NAVWorx ADS600 (Dual Channel ADSB), The ACK E-04 Emergency Locator Transmitter, the Angle of Attack Instrument, the Dynon D-60 EFIS the ICOM A 210 Communications Radio, the Garmin GDU 370 Navigation System, The Garmin GMA 240 Audio Panel, and the Garmin Flight Stream 210 (which also connects to my iPad and either ForeFlight or Garmin Pilot). There are separate harnesses for the Communications part of the radio from the Navigational side and the GPS (three harnesses total, with up to 147 wires…fortunately, I only had to use 38). The radio also has separate antennas with RG400 cables for the GPS, COM, VOR/NAV, and the Glideslope. The first picture is the integration schematic with lots of completed colors. The next two pictures are the Pinout schematics for the largest harness (P4001). The remaining pictures are the pin outs for other two harnesses (P4002 and P4006) with a picture of the wires coming out of a panel aft of the radio.
