Brief Description:  Moved ELT Antenna to a different location

After so long a time of not being able to work on my airplane, I decided it would be wise to review all my past work for missed or incomplete tasks AND for rework of things I didn't do well or have a better idea how it should be done. One of these things was the placement of the ELT antenna on top of the aft fuselage. If I ever crashed the plane and subsequently flipped it in the crash, the ELT antenna located on top of the fuselage in front of the vertical stabilizer may not survive the crash. Needless to say that would be a bad thing! ...so I moved the antenna to one of the most protected areas for an antenna, yet still be able to transmit through the plexiglass canopy; in the side of the baggage compartment. The antenna will be housed in an area that will have a plastic cover and the antenna will protrude to about an inch below the plexiglass canopy near the rollbar. Also, I didn't want to have a bright white GPS antenna on a black cowling above the insturment panel because the sun-glare would be very irritating. So...the best location for the GPS antenna is where the ELT used to be. I will also place a 2nd GPS antenna aft of this one.
