Brief Description:  Fabricated radio panel stack

I fabricated and riveted a panel stack frame. The most difficult part of this is the alignment. I had to install the radios one at a time, mark the holes, pull the radios, drill and bolt, then reinstall for final fit. This process is repeated for all four radios. I also fabricated the air vent extentions and the braces which the air vents will be mounted to. I had to cut back the panel to fit the new air vents. The original vents I got from Vans have huge gaps you are supposed to fill with silicon and I thought they were very cheap. I didn't want air leaking all the time so I purchased more expensive metal vents. I've decided to connect the plastic Van's vents to one of the 5 air cooling hoses and the cabin heat for window defrosters on the dashboard.
