Drilled lightning holes in vertical stabilizer doubler. Fluted and hand seamed ribs. Match drilled ribs to front and rear spar. Match drilled skin to ribs and spars. Dimpled lower rivet holes and countersunk lower holes on spar doubler. Deburred all parts and preped for primer.
