Rigged V S in relation to H S on fuselage. Final drilled all mounting holes and bolt in place. Aligned V S to center of fuselage and aligned rudder hinges with strait edge. Final drilled attach plate spacer and frt. spar and frt spar of H S . Removed V S and riveted attach plate and spacer to V S frt spar and installed back on fuselage. Double checked rigging and mounted left and right elevators.
