Brief Description:  Primary wiring - reduex

Spent some long hours in cramped positions putting this electrical system back in order. I can now say that it's complete! Hopefully will have a chance to test an engine start tomorrow. BTW: These last two posting don't really reflect all of the time and effort leading up to this change-out. Much time was spent searching the internet resources for specific high-quality, high-amp rated switches. In the end, everything arrived in time for this work, and it's behind me. N707SM now conforms to E-factory recommendations for electrical wiring for the 2007 E6/200 Series engine. Whew! No pictures -- just wouldn't do it justice. Note: There was one minor snag. In the new design, each Volt Meter (VM) was to come on with the ignition switch via completing the ground circuit. Instead, I've come to learn that the Volt Meters also ground through their case. Not good for this design. So, made a modification by adding two relays, one for each Volt Meter that control the positive side of the circuit to each VM. Now, the Ignition switch toggles the ground to the relays, thus engergizing the coils within, and completing the positive circuit to the VM's. Back in business. BTW: The E-Factory indicated this solution was just fine.
