Brief Description:  Radiator cowling vents

Mixed up a batch of thickened resin and filled the open edges of the honeycomb. Also, added a fillet to a 45 degree all around the vent tubes where they meet with the cowling. The vent tubes are set in such a way to have them protrude out through the hole in the cowl facing the airstream. I may decide to keep the protrusion and create a molded ring around the vent. The reason for them protruding is it will likely increase the pressure of the air on the radiator face. Will decide later if I want to keep them or not. It will probably look better without them.
