Brief Description:  Left Aileron and flap mounted

I was a bit optimistic thinking that I would be able to prep and mount both sets of ailerons and flaps in one day. Actually, I think I only have about 3 more hours to finish things up as I was prepping the parts for both wings, but pushing forward with the left wing. ...And, I'm short about 75 MSP-42 blind rivets, so I had to use what I had to secure things and order some up from Aircraft Spruce for delivery next week! After deburring, match drilling, dimpling, priming and riveting the aileron gap fairings and the flap braces (both wings), I mounted the left aileron. I then fashioned the jig for lining up the aileron "in-trail", then adjusted the aileron push rod for the neutral position. Only once that was done, could I spend the time to carefully line up the trailing edge of the flap with the aileron prior to drilling and riveting the flap hinge to the wing. I chose to use two hinge pins from the inside (middle) outward, and that took some extra time also. Now that the process is down, it should go much faster on the right wing.
