Finally received the elbows from Aircraft Spruce so I went about working the return line a bit more and also drilled the hole in the 2nd bay bulkhead that the line will pass through. This is so that the warm fuel will mix with the cooler fuel prior to being drawn back into the engine. I think I've finally found the proper bending and length. Pictures later.
