Brief Description:  Redo left HS drilling and preparation

Got right back into the the left HS. It was much easier to get it to this point; however, in some ways it was a bit challenging. HS-405, HS-710 and HS-714 had #30 holes from the previous assembly. HS-702 and HS-404 were new, so it was difficult to match holes when re-drilling. The approach that seemed to work well was to use a #40 drill bit to drill a pilot hole through the new HS-702 and enlarge it with the #30. When I didn't do that (such as through the center tab in HS-404), the holes in HS-405 became a bit egg-shaped during the process of drilling through HS-702 and on into HS-404. All in all, the structure looks just fine. I'll probably contact Van's to see if an additional third rivet in that tab will be necessary -- there's room for it, but I doubt it will need it. (Update: Van's indicated that there is no need to drill another hole, and things should be just fine as-is.)
