Brief Description:  Propeller balance, cowl bottom plate, and N-number

Lee spent several hours printing and cutting the vinyl for the N-Numbers, and also my name for the side of the cabin. Really cool!!!!! Once the airplane is painted, these will be re-done. In the meantime, this is looking great! Very official looking. Finished up the Prop balancing after several full-power runs. Now down to .03 IPS at 2222 Prop RPM with Full-Fine pitch. At Full-Course pitch it's .05 IPS at 1750 Prop RPM. Silky smooth. Set the Electrial Fine Pitch stop to ~2250 during static run-up. Set the Electrical Course Pitch stop to ~1750. Set the mechanical Fine Pitch stop to a 1- 1/2 turn of the screws from bottom while the blades are on the Electrical Fine Pitch stop. This should be enough to keep the blades from bottoming out on the mechanical stop yet provide a bit of adjustment to allow me to set the Electrical pitch stop in the 2300 range. I will plan to leave the Electrical Pitch stop where it is for First Flight and move it higher in small increments if needed. Fabricated the forward cover plate on the cowl bottom. Installed the cowling to test the cowl flaps for operation again. All working normally.
