Received the parts from Quinti so worked on installing the Jack Screw bearing cap to the called-out 5NM which is ~44 inch/lbs. The part went on muuuuuuch easier than it came off!!! Made sure that there was no end-play with the Jack Screw. Bench tested the operation of the hub and that worked fine. Installed the hub and blades to the airplane. Odd, the controller does not move the blades -- need to check that out. Ran the engine prop again, and things look okay. Still have a pretty good shake up around 1560 prop RPM. Checking with Quinti for advice.
