Finished up the nut-plates for this tip and mounted it to the wing to find a nice fit. Removed the tip and cut 3 lengths 1-1/2" x 13" of 8oz cloth to secure the Com antenna within the tip. Mixed up a small batch of Epoxy, the applied the cloth to the Com antenna and left it to cure over-night. Now, it's just the wiring to run to this wing. On to the next tip tomorrow.
