Brief Description: Propeller brush mount and wiring
The paint on the part dried over night. The design included room to add washers under the mount bracket in order to position the brushes centered on the conductive rings on the propeller hub. The brushes must not be allowed outside the track. The design also placed the brush with close tolerance to the hub so that the brushes are not allowed to move laterally. Of course, this also requires a very strong mount, which is why I chose to use steel versus aluminum. The wiring was finished up, and the mount is rock solid.
