Brief Description:  Cowl flap fiberglass work

Following the good instructions provided with the Sam James Cowling, mixed up some West Systems 105/205 resin/hardener thickened with 407 Fairing filler. Forced this into the open edging of the pre-preg (honey-comb), then beveled the edge to 45 degrees to provide a smooth transition for the glass later on. Took all day long to do this for the cowling and both flaps!! After the parts were curing, I spent about 2 hours modifying the left side axle nut for the jack.
