Took yesterday off to let my back settle down. Felt pretty good today, so de-burred and primed the backing plates. Added a stiffening bend to the long edges, and countersunk the rivet holes. Added nut-plates. Dimpled the rivet holes in the firewall. These are now ready to rivet in place.
