Began the tedious job of bending the stiffening flanges in the 9 large lightening holes. I tried using a block of wood as the plans suggest, but it did not work out well. I then fashioned a modified edging tool (using the rollers from the Avery edging tool), and that worked out much better. After deburring the braces, I secured the canopy upside down to the bottom of my bench (just fit!). Using equal spacers and plenty of clamps I was sure to not have any twisting in the frame while match-drilling the braces to the C-702 skin and Canopy frame. A lot of holes to drill!
