Today was the big day to work on cutting the plexiglas canopy. Darren was a big help and we managed to first trim the front portion with three separate cuts to the point where it layed down very nicely and we had about an inch of space between the plexiglas and the roll bar. Taped things down snug, marked the cut line to separate it into two pieces and cut away. Spent quite a lot of time filing and sanding the edges. Next will be to install the Canopy frame stiffeners before going any further with the plexiglas. I want to have the Canopy frame very rigid prior to completing the final cuts in the plexiglas.
