Started the day by finishing the aileron linkages and setting them to the correct length. Next, I spent a couple of hours installing the aileron mounts to each aileron. Afterwards, the remainder of the (long) day was spent working with the F-713x and F-714x parts that make up the aileron mounts on the wing spars. A lot of time was spent cleaning the edges of these parts up to have them look nice. These will be visible each and every pre-flight, and I want to be happy looking at them. Whew, they're now cleaned up and ready for priming and riveting. That will be tomorrow.
