Brief Description:  Fuel Lines, Starter Contactor, Alt. OV Contactor

Finally finished the in-cabin routing of the hard lines for fuel. Drilled the holes in each side of the fuselage for the 5/16" Fuel return lines. Installed the rubber grommet and fed the fuel lines from the outside inward. Ran the line about a foot past the Fuel Selector switch. Flared the ends, installed the bushing and collar nut then bent the line (with bushing at the flare). Started the bend at 3" from the flare to 90 degrees. Worked just fine. Next, made a backing plate to serve as firewall support for mounting the Starter Contactor, ANL fuse block and the Alternator OV Contactor. These items are located on the firewall prior to hanging the engine as it would be very difficult to rivet with the engine mounted. Next should be to pack the wheel bearings, mount the main wheels to the gear legs, and prepare to hang the engine. (Update: 9/9/2008: It's since be determined that the E6/200 starter has a built-in contactor, so the external Starter Contactor is not needed and will be removed.)
