Brief Description:  Battery mounting

Finally completed the Battery tray. It's very solid and should do the job well. All of the nuts on the 1/4 inch threaded rods are of the locking type. The two small open trays in the forward area of the battery tray will each hold a contactor as called out in Bob Nuckolls Z-19/RB Architecture drawings at: http://aeroelectric.com/PPS/Adobe_Architecture_Pdfs/Z19RB_A_1.pdf, http://aeroelectric.com/PPS/Adobe_Architecture_Pdfs/Z19RB_A_2.pdf.

There's still the need to mount the contactors, and now I wish that I had installed a pair (in each small tray) of K1000-4 nutplates prior to installation. It's still possible to install them now by using some steel-shank pull rivets -- still deciding on that. Before I go that route, I will test to see how easy/hard it is to install a washer and nut from the bottom side. If it's too much trouble, I will be installing the nutplates with pull rivets.
