Now that the HS and VS are mounted, it's a good time to work on some of the fiberglass parts of the tail. I've never worked with fiberglass before, so this is new territory. ...Heck, all of this is new territory! Located the holes in the fiberglass fairing using the existing holes left open in the edges of the HS and VS. Trimmed the fairing to match the VS.
