Hung the rudder on the VS and measured the rudder deflection. It took some amount of filing (of the rudder stops) to achieve the proper 35 degrees of rudder deflection. Confirmed that the rudder skins did not come into contact with the aft edge of the skins on the VS. Clearance is fine. Riveted the rudder stops to the fuselage. (poor quality pictures, but better than nothing)
