Match-drilled the angles and stiffeners to the frewall. Match-drilled the holes in the F-601J L/R angles (seen at the bottom center of firewall below). Drilling the stainless steel, it's suggested to use a slow speed with the drill bit along with plenty of cutting lubrication (Boelube works great) to keep the drill bits from excessibe wear. The decision to go with the Eggenfellner H6 firewall forward package has been made, so it's now easier to plan various modifications in the fuselage now that the Engine choice is settled.
