Brief Description: Finish deburring right Rudder skin
Deburred and dimpled the right Rudder skin. Mocked up the skins with the Rudder skeleton and the R-916 trailing edge in order to smooth the back edge and round the top and bottom corners. In the first picture below, you can see the aft three holes along the edge are drilled to 1/8 inch and dimpled. Later, the fiberglass rudder tip will attach along this edge and once the rudder is assembled, it would be near impossible to dimple these holes due to clearance issues. So, these ones are done in advance of Rudder assembly. Began deburring the left Rudder skin. Slow going.
