Brief Description: Check the rudder stiffeners for fit
After a trying day at work it was good to get out in the shop even if it was 25 degrees! The stiffeners were checked for clearance all around to make sure that as the skins close together at the trailing edge there was no binding. Also, the stiffeners needed extra trimming near the spar especially where they approach the center re-inforcement plate for the mounting eye-bolt. All of the rudder re-inforcements are trimmed up now, so next is deburring, priming and riveting them to the skins.
