Assembled calipers onto brake disk and used Loctie 263 to lock in centre screws. Fitted axle and brake assembly onto the landing gear strut. Removed assembly and painted the lockig plug with Wattyl rust proof paint.
Fitted bearings into wheels. Note: 8 bearings were supplied. Four had a part number 6004 2RS and the other four were numbered 6004 RS. Both bearings appeared identical and with the same dimensions. Inserted bearings numbered 6004 RS with a spacer between into each wheel. Used Loktite to secure the threaded rods into the wheel and added the locking plate. Did not apply Loctite to the nuts and the plate will need to be removed later.
