Installed 4 AN-3 bolts to fix the lower rudder bracket and 2 AN-3 bolts to fix the upper portion of the lower bracket. Tightened all bolts. Mounted rudder onto fuselage.
De-burred, trimmed and dimpled 1 part of #3-142, upper skin of horizontal stabilser. Inner surface had no protective coating and some insect debris was difficult to remove.
