Brief Description: Drill out 3/32" holes in rudder skins
Fitted both skins to rudder frame and drilled 3/32" holes. Fitted both top and bottom doublers and match drilled.
Trimmed lower rear portion of fuselage to accommodate the rudder bracket. Used the Dremel with angle attachment which worked very well. Had to drill out 4 rivets of skin above the cut area to avoid cutting the upper skin. Cleaned out area with vacuum.
