Today I spent a few hours match drilling the rudder skins. The thing I found most difficult to do was to properly drill the trailing edge. In order to get the right angle (i.e. 90 degrees to the chord angle of the rudder), I used supports underneath the rudder to keep the chord angle parallel to the table. By doing this, I was able to drill straight down and still get the proper angle. After drilling both skins, I called it a night.
