Today, I pulled the pilot's side door off the fuselage, trimmed its edges and checked for good cure. There again was about a 2" section where the bonding appeared to not be so great. I mized up epoxy and used a syringe to inject the area and make sure the bond was complete. Once this was done, I began preparations for sanding efforts that will be needed to prepare the windows for installation.
