Tonight, I finished match-drilling the fuselage longerons to the firewall brackets, which are steel. they were difficult holes to match-drill, because you're trying the match the holes in the aluminum to the steel. If you let the bit get away from you, it will enlarge the holes in the aluminum, since the steel is harder material. Definitely use a sharp bit here and cutting lube.
