Brief Description: Fabricate & Match-drill Motopod Front Hardpoints
Tonight, I fabricated and match-drilled the front hardpoints for the motopod. These hardpoints will support the weight of the pod and its contents in flight, so it's important they be match-drilled correctly. I also received a new drill motor in the mail today. It's a Sioux Palm Drill, which is a nice addition to any toolbox. Unfortunately, I received a dud. The mechanisms inside were making noise (and probably metal). Plus, it seemed to have a slight vibration and warble right out of the box. Not good. This baby is going back, to be replaced.
