Today, I began work on the door latching mechanisms. I am using the PlaneAround 3rd Latch System along with the Aerosport Products Low Profile Handle system and they both use some of the parts fabricated according to the Vans instructions. So, I'll be working from 3 sets of instructions simultaneously. Got the gear racks measured, cut and deburred. Created both latching assemblies, per the Vans instructions, and spent a lot of time going back and forth to make sure I didn't forget anything.
