Brief Description: HS Deburring and Countersinking
Today I spent the morning deburring all of the ribs (which were not done prior to match-drilling) and also the spars and caps. Then I went to countersinking the holes in the spar flanges and caps, which will receive the dimples in the skins when they are riveted together. I'm realizing that it will take a while to debur all of the holes, but it's kind of mindless work that allows me to listen to radio and daydream while doing it. I found it to be quite relaxing actually.
