Today, I drew out my panel layout on the stainless steel panel plate, then drilled holes to mark centers of buttons and switched. i also located and drilled holes that will allow me to mount the plate to the wooden bulkhead support behind the panel. After completing my panel layout, I began to test and plan the LED lighting for the aircraft. The LED package I ordered is designed to work on a drone quadcopter. Therefore, it has programmable functions to make the LEDs imitate aircraft strobes and position lights. Perfect! Not only will it look more like a real airplane, the strobing lights will provide more visability when the kids are cruising the neighborhood.
