Today, Amelia and I used the table-top band saw to cut small dowels out of woodn rods. Amelia did all the marking to length (using a jig) and then I did all the actual cutting on the saw. Afterwards, Amelia applied glue and installed the dowels into the holes we had made previously. Once the pieces are dry, they will need to be sanded again.
