Temp bolt F981 attach plate clamp rear spar to back of F912 BH and measure for true vertical Drill and bolt stabilizer and the F912D up elevtor stop Align and drill/bolt ftont spar to F981. Note: because stabilizer is offset, glue washer to forward face of spar as a spacer Drill bottom of spar and temp bolt to F712 BH(use longer 90 degree bit) Drill bottom hole in F779 skin to 5/8" (tie down) Drill holes in tie down bracket thru spar
