Mounted elevators to Horizontal stabilizer Clamped HS to bench, Align elevator counterwieghts to stabilizer tips and clamped, determined aft horn, removed elevtors and drilled #30 hole. Remount elevator, used a block with a drill pressed hole in it and clamped block between horned, drilled hole thru horns, enlarged holes to full size
